To review what was discussed at the meetings, the concept consists of a grouping of approximately 10 executive level entrepreneurs from non-competing companies. Participants in the program are guided by a team of consultants that are subject matter experts dealing with the issues surrounding managing and growing a profitable business.

Participants will receive the following services as part of this exclusive consulting program:

• Initial benchmark analysis of each member’s business through the SDW designed and validated “Annual Physical” process.
• Monthly full-day group peer development seminar to discuss specific topics that are designed to address the issues identified in the benchmark analysis.
• Monthly one-on-one meeting with each of the participants to address individual issues and concerns specific to their business needs.
• Individual phone and email support as needed
• Quarterly 2-day group event including panel discussions, keynote speakers, and roundtable exchanges
• All discussion topics will include workbook materials, relevant articles and white papers, and additional presentation materials for reference and discussions with company employees.

This consulting offering is a unique program that includes direct consulting guidance throughout the program rather than reliance only on peer experiences that are not proven to obtain desired results.
